Two-Level Parts Washers

Kleer-Flo Industriesleanmaster parts washers are available in three models for differing needs. The Model J80 is the largest model that uses pump agitation for cold immersion cleaning. The Model 70 is the same size as the J80 but uses shop-compressed air for agitation. A pump circulates the cleaning solution through the filters and hose. Finally, the Model 70B is the same size as the Model 70, only it does not contain an agitated immersion chamber, basket or external drying shelf.

All of these parts washers feature a dual-filtration system: the barrier filter moves heavy sludge before pump intake and the cartridge filter provides final filtration. A fire safety device is also standard in the form of a fire-stop cover made of double-wall steel. Held open with a fusible link, the cover closes automatically in the event of a fire.
